I am a loyal chic fil a customer! I mean they are top notch compared to other fast food places and honestly the only place I eat when grabbing something quick. The professionalism, politeness, and quick service keeps this customer happy. However…..I do have a complaint. I wanted to start this off with a positive because while I never leave reviews, I feel like this complaint needs to be noted.

I ordered a salad for my wife and let's just say the salad was not up to par with Chic fi la standards. I've never had an issue before so I wasn't familiar with the process of returning an order. Once I arrived back to the store after I ate my food in front of my hungry wife (she insisted) I was greeted by a staff member and was treated great.
