“We’ve always loved Raising Canes Chicken! We need to get some locations in the Columbia SC area so we don’t have to drive over an hour to get it. 😂 The chicken fingers are always fresh and crispy and fries are very tasty too. They’ve got the good ice. Sweet tea is delicious.“

We also tried the BBQ sauce to dip our fries and it has a nice smoke flavor to it! Staff was friendly and helpful with recommending stuff as well! The place was also clean and spacious!“

“I'm very surprised to see the low rating on this location since we've been here once a week for the last 3 weeks and they've knocked it out of the park each time.. “I ordered a salad for my wife and let's just say the salad was not up to par with Chic fi la standards. I've never had an issue before so I wasn't familiar with the process of returning an order. Once I arrived back to the store after I ate my food in front of my hungry wife (she insisted) I was greeted by a staff member and was treated great. I left a happy customer and impressed with her service. People often forget "things happen" and mistakes are made but it's about how you handle a "thing" or mistake that truly sets you apart and provides customer service to a guest... its expected for you meal to be right.. you really begin to shine when something goes wrong. Long story short the employee who made my experience right, turned a one star review to a five.“
