The building was extremely hot. The server Bella was amazing but the manager Travis was not customer friendly. We had an order for a half rack of ribs. The kitchen brought out a whole slab of ribs. Travis came out with a plate and asked for the other half. Instead of apologizing for the order being incorrect he came rudely to the table and asked for the other half off the plate. He lacked class and etiquette. Just horrible, ruined the whole experience. John was also amazing because after that encounter Travis didn’t come back out.

I have never experienced the type of service that was experienced today. The waitress was very nice. I ordered an half of rack and was brought out a full rack the waiter was very nice and left it and said I will go and talk to my manager. The manager than came later and said he needed half of the ribs back just cut the middle in half no type of excuse me I apologize nothing customer service is everything and that was not very polite for a manager to do than to top it off it was HOT inside the building.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t so hot in here!! It’s so uncomfortable to sweat and try and eat. The food was good as always and the service was exceptional! We had Jess and she was fantastic!! Never had to look for her, food was correct (we had a lot of changes), drinks stayed full and her attitude was worth the heat! I feel bad for those great employees busting their tails and having to do it in such an uncomfortably hot miserable place!

We love Chili’s and tried this location for the first time. It was a smooth experience overall. It took a few minutes for our server to come by, but everything went well after that. The food came out hot, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

The food was fantastic. Just perfect. We all enjoyed Chili's a great deal. I hadn't been there before - weird, I know - but we decided to stop by.

The prices were a little bit higher than I expected, which is the bad. The good is that it was really very good and they didn't shortchange us on the food. The service was fast and constant and the manager stopped by to make sure we were happy.

I would definitely recommend it.

The burger special for 10.95 is the best deal you could ask for. Salsa and chips with the meal.

Average chilis. Service was particularly slow for a Monday night. The food was fine. None of the orders had mistakes, but the food was adequate but not special. The three for me is a good deal, about the same price as a hamburger meal fast food. You get the sit-down restaurant experience. Probably will visit chilis again, just not this location.
