NEVER AGAIN !!! 2 days recently, a Sat & a Fri, came for a regular Cinnabon half an hour after they opened at 11 and they did not yet have ANY. 1st time, over 10 minutes before they had ANY of their signature treat - I waited. This time won't have ANY UNTIL am hour after they open.
This is ridiculous. Can you imagine McD not having burgers until MORE THAN 30 MINUTES after they switch to lunch. Dunkin Donuts thinking you're waiting half an hour before they have any donuts???
NEVER AGAIN !!!
There are plenty of other treats that actually want my business.
Cinnabon owners and management do better for future customers because you've lost me.
Any fans of this franchise, owner locations might be good, but don't bother with NorthWoods mall
EDITED TO ADD: hrs listed are 11a - 8p. Guess who still wanted one at 7:15? Guess what? Cleaning out the cash with the gate closing and NO PRODUCT AT ALL Hope this place goes out of business 👎👎👎

Mid afternoon on Tuesday, I was suppose to get a refund. I was promised to have it the next day but it’s been 3 days and no refund. No one picks up any calls either.
