It was freezing in there, the ceiling fans were running full speed and the staff said they had no control over either, that it was just as cold in the kitchen. Food and service met our expectation. Cook Out's our favorite fast food so we stopped in while traveling but we had to eat our delicous grilled chicken in the car. Fix the heat!

I almost always have a positive experience with the food at cookout. Occasionally, I might be slightly disappointed in the amount of fries or the amount of cheese bites, but I’m sure there’s a method to how they add portions and I’m always satisfied.

Hear me out; I don’t do reviews and my username is absolutely atrocious, but this review is serious. I went through the drive through with my mother, and the line was all backed up but they dealt with it super quickly. They got our order done in like three minutes and it was amazing. The lady at the drive thru was also super polite and quick with her questions, definitely would’ve tipped if we had the finances! Huge thanks to Kanashia; she was the wonderful and sweet lady...
