Hung up when I called about missing items that I paid for.
Ordered at 1130 and estimated time said 25-35 minutes. 45 minutes later I am told that it is out for delivery but don’t go by the tracker as they only have 1 driver - not the 3 the tracker assumes.
I have a 1 pm appointment so it will sit on my porch until afterwards I guess. Service has been bad since they moved to Tanger location.
Just getting here 50 minutes after they left the store. Of course it is not hot
Thanks for making the crisis worse. Not only is my family hungry, but now we're down $40 after your staff waited an hour after the order to inform us that they don't deliver to this area and that the store MIGHT refund our money.
I even tipped extra due to your "contactless driver" bs. I didn't know I was dealing with crooks. I thought I was ordering a pizza.
