Today, I tried the Hook and Ladder. It was so delicious. The bread crust was crusty outside and soft inside. Cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh. We did not have to wait long on our orders. Customer service was excellent.
7pm. 7 people behind the counter all but one focused on closing process and chit chat about personal lives while 5 customers waited over 20 minutes for single sandwich orders. And FYI the purpose of hair restraints is to cover and control. Visor w/o hair net is code violation and gross
Food staff does not wear masks properly, so paid $15 for a sandwich that’s an appetizing looking and possibly full of germs. When asked if the staff could put their mask on properly I was ridiculed and treated rudely
