Usually is one of the best places but not sure if they changed the quality of ingredients. Today I ordered as usual a brown sugar coffee milk tea with oatmilk and what I received did not taste as usual. No coffee flavor at all and the drink was almost clear and extra liquid. Did not liked at all and I even tried this place few times in Taiwan and here for the past 2 years. Really disappointed.

I got the Taro Milk slush and my husband got the Dragon Fruit Milk tea.

They have a touch screen checkout. So I didn’t really talk to anyone. It’s very clean inside. The workers greeted us with a smile and said have a nice day on the way out. The environment is clean. Looks like any regular boba shop.

Terrible service — got my drinks and a refund, but the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. I placed my order before everyone else and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, watching more than 20 drinks go out to people who ordered after me. No updates, no explanation — just silence while my order was ignored. Turns out they were out of waffle batter, which no one bothered to mention until I had to ask. They held my order the entire time without a single update, apology, or effort to make it right. If you’re out of something, tell the customer immediately — don’t leave them waiting while you prioritize everyone else.
This was a total waste of my time and a clear sign of disorganized, careless service. I eventually got my two drinks and a refund for the waffle, but by then the damage was done. I was left standing there feeling invisible while everyone else was taken care of. Getting a refund doesn’t erase the fact that this was a frustrating, disrespectful experience. Fantastic service & great flavor combo recommendations.

This Gongcha franchise falls far short of expectations, especially compared to others I've visited. My order of five drinks (2 traditional, 2 wintermelon, and black sugar varieties) was universally bad. The milk tea, in particular, was severely watered down and tasted only of sugar, with no real tea presence. It's certainly not the place to go for an authentic milk tea experience.

If you are out of seasonal drinks make sure to update the kiosks

I ordered a strawberry matcha and it was the worst drink I’ve ever had! It tasted very cheap. Their service wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best either. They seem more entertained with each other lol. I wouldn’t go back.

Prices and drinks vary depending on who is working.
