I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit that was unfortunately far from satisfactory.

On [april 7 2026 ], I arrived with my stepdaughter and ordered six drinks, along with some macaroons. I was informed that the drinks would take approximately 15-20 minutes to prepare. However, we ended up waiting for over two hours, during which there were no other customers present.

After an hour, I inquired about the status of our order and was told that our drinks were ready, but only five were provided. I emphasized that I had ordered six, and after further discussion, a staff member acknowledged the oversight and agreed to prepare the missing drink. Despite this, I was informed that I would have to pay for it, which I found unreasonable given the long wait and the error on their part.

Additionally, I requested a receipt for my payment, but was denied. I expressed my disappointment regarding the service and was met with mockery, which only added to my frustration. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and my experience did not reflect that.

I wanted to bring this to your attention not only for my sake but also to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the service at place

If you’ve been having a terrible time looking for good boba in Charleston, you can stop now because this is it. The boba here is authentic, the texture of the pearls is exactly what it should be, super soft and slightly chewy.

Best boba in town. My favorite is the creme brûlée milk tea with boba. They have a loyalty program to earn points and you order at the counter on a touch screen. My sons love their yogurt drinks with boba. Please add more locations- would love a Gong Cha in Summerville!

This place just renovation couple weeks ago and it looks so nice and clean. I like the two TV up there,so we can order the drink faster the staff are nice and professional.

Service has completely slowed to a crawl. Really disappointing experience today—it used to be much faster.

Best boba I’ve had since moving here! So hard to find good tapioca pearls but my order was perfect! Kudos to the young lady behind the counter!! Will definitely be coming back for more💜

I usually swear by this place, have been going here for over 3 years. But I have noticed their store gradually going downhill. It is always super dirty (interior and exterior), and the bathroom is nasty. Everytime I come in the employees are just sitting on their phones, goofing off instead of using their free time to improve the overall look of the store. But what really got me was when I went in the other day and ordered two drinks. I played my order after a large group had ordered. I got a crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea with black boba. I sat down, waited probably over 30 minutes, and then I hear them tell the large group that they don’t have enough boba for the rest of their drinks. So I figured maybe they would make more, seeing as they are a boba shop. But finally I get my drink and there are white pearls in it, which is not only annoying because it’s not what I ordered, but they didn’t even attempt to communicate with me about the substitution. She told me she could make the drink without the pearls and I reluctantly agreed, but then she doesn’t even make the correct drink. It also had some chunky bits at the bottom, which made me not even want to bother drinking it anymore. What’s insane to me is that a BOBA shop ran out of boba. You’d think they would make more or make enough in the first place, but like I mentioned the staff is clearly lazy. So, I don’t think I’ll be buying from this shop anymore.

I used to be a frequent buyer here but to have a B food rating for being a Boba place it’s crazy. It makes me think what could’ve been so bad to get them a B

Do not recommend, hurt my feelings. Go to QQ Thai in goose creek if you want some good boba for cheaper
