After my wife's 9:30 am
dr. appointment we thought we would have a nice breakfast at ihop. We were very disappointed. Seating was slow and after we were seated two waitstaff people debated on which one had to wait on us. Fifteen minutes later a different waitress took our order. when the food was delivered it was not as we had ordered, did not complain due to the bad attitude of the waitress. I visited this location this morning and was informed that they no longer take orders at the front desk. After returning to my office and attempting to use their website which is not user friendly, I gave up. Is this the direction that they are headed in? "Just asking"!
