First time coming to this Jersey Mike’s on Dorchester Road, and I have to say the service stood out just as much as the food. Isaac, Ruby, and Shai were amazing—super friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The subs were the bomb, and their chili is the bomb too. Highly recommend this location if you want great food and even better service.
Only rating a 3 so maybe this review will be read. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. Ye restaurant is clean.
My only complaint is why in the world are there no knives available for customers. My husband and I eat at this location at least once a week and because of a gluten allergy, I order a tub. It is impossible to eat an Italian tub without cutting it up. Unless

Not particularly clean or organized. They didn’t start preparing the hot sub until I was already checked out on the cold sub. I asked for my Italian to hold prosciutto and replace with extra capo but got neither so they charged me for an Italian but got ham only. The Philly cheese was definitely not a Philly. First time and last time.
