I’ve never posted a negative review but when I came here the baristas took 10-15 minutes to get my drink out when there were only 3 in front of mine because they were busy talking. My drink came out incorrectly made, I asked for an iced syrup latte I got a hot latte with no syrup. They did put in the syrup when I asked. When my friend finally got their drink the employees were rudely talking about the customer that didn’t know what a latte was. I’ve been a barista for over three years I know what a plain latte tastes like. Bad talking customers in front of them is unacceptable.

The cashier was nice. But me and my friend ordered our drinks at the same time then hers came first, they took 50 minutes to make my drink. And they got both of the drinks wrong.
