Food was authentic and delicious. Hands down best ramen and chicken katsu in Charleston. Staff including the bartender were awesone.
Only negative that really makes me hesitate coming back is the HEAT inside! It was no joke probably at least 85 degrees inside. We sat at the bar and were sweating while eating our food. Not sure if the AC is broken or if this is usual, but it really needs to be addressed ASAP. I would bring my parents but I know they wouldn't be able to sit...read full review

We’re from Haverhill, Massachusetts, and while on vacation my oldest daughter wanted to try Katsubō. We’re so glad we did! She absolutely loved the broth and said it was perfect—rich, flavorful, and comforting. The ramen was delicious, with tender pork, perfectly cooked noodles, and a soft-boiled egg that was just right.
