La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Went to this location with a friend on yesterday and he ordered the steak with vegetable melody with street corn. It looked good but the steak was sour. It smelled sour and my friend said it tasted funny because he didn't realize initially that it was the steak. The manager came over and took the plate. He offered to switch my friend's meal with another choice because they don't do refunds for meals even if there is an issue. . After a few minutes the manager came back and said him and the kitchen staff tried (ate off that plate) the sour steak and said it was good it just had vinegar on it and contributed the sour smell to the sauce. That was ridiculous. It was so sour 🤢🤢🤢. I ordered steak fajitas but I was scared to eat my food after that smell.

Also at the table we were sitting at it, was near the bar on the right side. There were a lot of fruit flies flying around the table I had to keep swatting them away from our plates. 😤😡.

Our server was nice though and provided good customer service.

The service was terrible. We came when they weren’t busy, 2pm on a weekday. I ordered a meal described as “stuffed corn tortilla with chicken chunks with cooked onions and peppers served with rice”. She brought me nachos with chicken on it. I said “this isn’t what I ordered” she repeated the name of what I ordered and said yes it is. I assumed I misread. After going online and rereading what I ordered, this wasn’t it. I called her over and said again “this is not what I ordered” she argued with me and said yes it is. I explained it was not supposed to be nachos. She brings the receipt over to me and points at the name. I said again “this is not a tortilla, this is chips. This is not what the menu says it is”. She gives me more attitude as I point this out and walks away. I said “just take it off the bill” because I didn’t the meal anymore after her being so rude. Very disappointed.

Also, she took forever to approach our table to take our order and take our payment at the end. Will not be back.

This restaurant is right around from the house. It's has good service and food. Prices are really reasonable.

Food is always excellent. Service is always fast and friendly. Pics are all from different visits to give a general idea. I do not remember the names from the menu but the chicken is the chicken is chicken stuffed zucchini and the burritos are the mini chimichangas.

Don’t door dash. Literally called to confirm id get chips & salsa with my order like you do with every other order and they sent chips & no salsa lol

nice place, ordered 2 margaritas, one on the rocks, the other was frozen. The one on the rocks did not have as much alcohol in it as the frozen one did.

Place looks nice but that was about it. My order was wrong and waitress argued about it. I ordered a hawaiian shrimp fajita and recieved no pineapples. Food had minimal seasoning once i got my food.

We really enjoy this chain. New to this location and was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean, great Mexican decor, staff was quick, friendly, and attentive.

LaHa used to be the spot for good Mexican food. Legit the place to go. Listen, with stiff competition from Los Reyes in one direction and now La Minerva in the other this place cannot afford to be not only serving subpar tasting food but the portions for the price DO NOT match. Very expensive for very little unflavorful food. If you're in the area looking for good Mexican go to Los Reyes or La Minerva.

This was the first time, I had gone to an La Hacienda. The food was delicious! The service was Excellent! Atmosphere was great, it was so beautiful & fiesta, inside. At the regular table, they had the most comfortable chairs, I had never ever sat in a restaurant, like this one, before.
