The food was fantastic, and the place was spotless. However, the customer service was utterly appalling. I visited on Wednesday, the 27th, at 1:00 p.m. Despite the empty restaurant, the waitress was completely unhelpful. When I asked for hot sauce, she turned around but never brought it to my table. Later, I had some leftovers and asked for a container, but she also failed to bring it. The entire experience was unpleasant and disappointing.

Wish i could give them a Zero star i got the oxtails and they gave me 3 oxtails for 32$ and lets not forget the dry crunchy rice smh i wish i would of checked my food before leaving never ever again do not waste your time coming here !!!!!!!!!

Place looks cool but thats where the cool ends! Open til 11 but i come in at 9:30 and find out the kitchen is closed AFTER I order a Margarita. Cool, going to tiki taco instead...That 1 Margarita totaled to $28! Ridiculous. Will never be back! Also I requested the nba game on the tv and nobody helped

While the food was very delicious, the service was below subpar! Took my wife & daughter there for Mother’s Day & seeing that it wasn’t packed, figured we’d be served pretty quickly.

After being quickly seated, we had put in our food & drink order around 2:10pm. At the same time, we put a movie on for my daughter to watch. Halfway through the movie, our drinks finally came to the table. The server didn’t check in on us between then. Our food came in as the movie was wrapping up! Well, I had to remind another server that my food never came. Again, cause our server NEVER CHECKED IN ON US. Turns out, she had put in our order, but never checked in with the cook to see if it was good. The other server had to do that. When my food finally came out, you can definitely tell it was rushed with how it was plated. At that point, I was visibly upset & annoyed, but still started to eat. I had asked for my second drink (about 30 minutes earlier seeing how long it took for the first round to come) & it never came, neither did our other appetizer order. When I reminded the server about my second drink you could tell she had forgot to put that order in. I asked to forget about it at this point, & bring our check. She did that part quickly, except the check was wrong due to it having the items we never received from the original order! SMH…

After she came back with the corrected check, I had to do something I’ve only ever done once in my entire adult life & that was to not leave a tip! I feel the serving staff needs ACTUAL server training & not hire a friend, family member, etc. Definitely will not be coming back here again!

Was in town for the night and stopped at this little hidden gem for a drink and appetizer. The octopus was tender and flavorful. The fried pork chunks were nicely seasoned. The guac was fresh and the white sangria refreshing. The atmosphere was pleasant with a live DJ.

Food was great. Service at the bar was horrible. Unfortunately I will not be back. Owners should focus on training bar staff to provide better service. A master class on service/experience is needed.

Been there before and after the renovation. Both times food was subpar. I've had Chivo, mofongo and Rabo. Giving 3 stats because the Mofongo was good. The Chivo was mainly bones. The same with Rabo, big chunks with very little meat (I'm aware Rabo does not have a lot of meat, but still...). Salad wasn't seasoned.

We ordered a to go tray for our Super Bowl party, and everything was excellent! Everyone worked so hard to ensure we left happy. I cannot wait to return and dine in.

Honestly me and my family have been dying for this restaurant to open back up and now that it has, we have not been disappointed.

The food 10/10, the drinks 10/10, the atmosphere 10/10. I do recommend the churrasco with tostones and the Paloma de tamarindo.
