“To whom it may concern!! I am a old customer of nick's. I go by there every day to get me something to eat. In the years of me going there I watch the employees this is for the owner. It is a shame how u got your employees working in that hot restaurant for 8 hours or more there are no air in that building at all no customers like to set down and eat there food because it be to hot and they can't enjoy it from the sweat dripping in there food. The air conditioner was broke for over 6 month's and u have not fix it yet. It seem like u just care about your self and the money that u making u don't care nothing about your employees making them work in that heat.. U NEED TO GET THE AIR FIX Sir before u make your employees sick.“

“We visited Nick’s Gyros and Phillys because they offer halal options and have late hours, which was perfect for us. We ordered a variety of dishes including the lamb platter, shawarma, falafel, cheeseburger, beef kofta platter, hummus, and babaganuj. Everything tasted great, but the lamb is especially recommended. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more sauce to the shawarma to enhance the flavor even more.

Although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large party and quickly arranged a lovely table for our group. “Justin outdid himself tonight. This was the best thanksgiving meal that we ever had. Turkey was so moist. The salmon and brussels sprouts scrumptious. The fried calamari was delicious and same with fried spinach appetizer. Then to end the meal, Justin brought us the best chocolate cake ever,omg, I can’t breathe but so worth it. We ordered the Iskander platter and the chef came out and said it’s not something a lot of people like. “I came in last Tuesday and had such a lovely experience. Kelly went above and beyond as a server and was such a beautiful soul. She recommended the rotisserie chicken which of course did not disappoint and was so attentive. The tzatziki was mouth watering and the Mac and cheese felt like heaven. “I'd say I'm pretty much a regular at the Summerville location. Unfortunately the last two times I headed in right around 8:45pm I was denied service. I was told that they stop serving at 8:45pm as they close at 9pm. Mind you the entry was open allowing customers to come in. Does anyone know if this is a company policy/ standard to say the stores opens until 9pm but take no more orders past 8:45p? I totally understand their workers aren't happy with their jobs and want to get out just as quickly but please help me to understand.“
