“We visited Charleston for my sister’s 40th birthday and our group of 7 people went to Stella’s for a late dinner. The food, atmosphere and service was amazing. As a group full of Greeks, we were all impressed with the authentic cuisine and they had great selections for Greek wine. The staff was friendly, attentive and made the experience enjoyable. We would definitely visit this place again next time we are in Charleston.“
“Need reservations , this is an upscale restaurant and to enjoy the experience always nice to dress well but casual is fine here as well. The tables are well spaced out and the bar and tables are well spaced out They have a number of great waiters to help decision making as there are many interesting signature dishes The drinks and desert menu was good as well We had the steak verde and the cauliflower as the appetizer and the gnocchi, potato crusted grouper and peel Milanese as our main course Great service !“
“There are places you go to eat and the food is good, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect. Then there is Muse in Charleston…We mulled over the menu for maybe 20 seconds when Donny dropped in on our table (after checking in with regulars, ensuring people saw the step on the way in and greeting total strangers like they were bffs) and altered our evening from a nice night out to a next level experience. He asked us about any dietary “stuff like allergies, vegan-“Me: “yup, we’re vegetarian.”Donny: “I’m getting you the Fettuccine Carbonara but I’ll make sure there’s no meat. It’s what you want. Anything to start? The beets and carrot plate is amazing. How about wine?”Me: “Red…”Donny: “I got you.”I haven’t tasted a pasta dish like that. Ever. Everything is prepared in house (including the fresh noodles), the wine was on POINT and just order the Beets and Carrots. Donny would approve…Donny: “dessert?”My wife: “we were thinking about it but we can’t remember the menu” (cuz we hardly even saw it!)Donny: “Trust me? I got you” and capping (until then) our Muse experience with Pomegranate Liquor soaked ladyfingers topped with a pistachio crumble alt-tiramisu apres’ unlike any dessert I’ve tasted. Now for the amazing part: we leave our credit card behind on the table. I get a phone call/voicemail that I don’t answer/check until 10:59pm. It’s a lovely woman from Muse informing me about our card saying the close at 11pm. We fly out the next morning… I call them, crossing my fingers.Donny answers, problem solves really fast by way of “I’m swinging past your hotel on my way to drinks with a buddy who’s in town. You’ll never know if that true, but I’m dropping off the card anyway…” So I run downstairs and three minutes later, he’s jumping out of the car with a take-away box grinning “you didn’t think I’d come empty handed, did ya?!”Donny, you made our trip. Thanks for being a rad human, serving tasty food and for the extra slice of pistachio heaven. May we all channel a little more of THAT in this world.“
“Food is fresh and flavors are tantalizing. Service is friendly and cheerful. They have vegan options if that is your thing. They are wheelchair accessible. It's open air seating but it has covered area so one can still eat if there is Weatherby it's not terrible. Clean environment. Good ambiance music. The prices are reasonable.its close to the downtown area but not in the downtown area in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place“
“A few girlfriends and I had a wonderful evening at Sermet’s tonight— the food was DIVINE. The ambiance in the courtyard with Keith Miller’s music couldn’t have been better. Our waitress was perfectly attentive and pleasant, too. We’re already planning our next dinner back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free accommodations“
“Dropped by Fiat Lux to grab a cocktail in a state of depression which was the most rewarding decision of my entire life. The drink was standard but the service and friendship that the bartender Patty treated me to was a biblical experience. Not only is this handsome man a shining light with the most beautiful smile but he’s a beacon of wisdom and advice for anyone in need.I’m convinced he will go extremely far in any organization and any company will be blessed to acquire such an asset.P.S. Ladies, I think he’s single but the ice girl (Ryan) is pursing him aggressively, so move quickly“
“The Greek Salad is awesome! And grab some melitzanosalada for an authentic flair (good luck pronouncing that). There’s something here for everyone too. Even if you’re not a greek food fan (if there is such a thing).Dietary restrictions: Vegan friendly“
“One of my favorite places. Food is always excellent and the staff are always polite. Service is great as well and the owner comes by and talks to the patrons. Plenty of vegetarian options. 3 types of Hummus, Falafel, brown lintel soup, cooked or raw veggie platter with asparagus, mushrooms and carrots. Try the Lebanese beer and the Lebanese coffee. Take a date here and sit in the little window seats and enjoy the view of lower king street. 10 stars from me. I always look forward to stopping in.Vegetarian options: 3 types of humus, brown lintel soup, raw or cooked vegetables, salad“

“So, so good. We got the kebab for one person, tuna salad wrap for shorter, and picked from the deli case for 2 more. I’ve been here many times and highly recommend. The coconut cake is excellent as well.Only oddity was that the men’s bathroom was out of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels the whole time we were there (let them know and they were out of supplies).“
“I ordered the Philly steak with fried okra. The okra was hot, fresh and crispy... It tasted like it had a Cajun seasoning. The Philly had a soft but crunchy bread, the meat was seasoned well and the whole sandwich was juicy. I enjoyed my meal. Niko's is definitely a go to on my trips to Charleston now!“
“The restaurant has just reopened under the name Sultan, and while it is physically the same, the food is much, much better. We had the falafel appetizer which, for falafel, was light and flavorful under the usual hard crust. Then we had the boneless chicken, just dark meat that we prefer, along with mixed vegetables and crispy potato slices, and that too was very flavorful. Finally, their baklava also very good and was not dripping with honey, so the flavor of the other ingredients came through. We were in a large group of people that chose a variety of menu items, and I only heard positive comments.“
“Absolutely love this place. Service was amazing the staff have a family type vibe. I felt right at home after sitting down. The atmosphere is really light and beachy with a great DJ to go along. Some of the best seafood in chsrleston the oysters and fish won't disappoint.“
