I ordered delivery through the Moe’s app, ordered a bowl with extra steak and paid the up charge. Order was dropped off and there was zero meat. I called multiple times to request a refund, no answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues but I will be the last time I attempt to give them a chance.
I have tried several times to reach the store via phone. I went by there and was told phone not working. I was missing some items from order and I requested a refund. Manager stated "I dont have the password to get in to do the refund". I asked could he call someone he didnt know who to call. I called corporate and they said I would have to talk to the local store. How can the local store help, if he doesnt have the password to do it. such incompetent employees. Update: I called and spoke with the General Manager, Ashley, and she was truly apologetic of the experience that I had the previous evening. She took care of the refund and offered to comp the meal. She is the only hope for this restaurant turning around. Moes definitely needs more folks like her and the young man bringing out the orders last night.
