O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My name is Jesus Medina, I was sitting next to my wife for 20 minutes waiting at the table to be served and no one came to offer us anything! No drinks, no comfort AT ALL! This happened on 04/01/2025, I sat down at 6:45 pm and left the restaurant at 7:05 pm and no one came to the table! I don't know if it's because we are Latinos, because all the tables around me with American people were served!

I was sitting at the table/booth when a roach crawled up on one of my menu. All the manager did was have the waitress move me. The waitress said the look for roaches before opening the restaurant.

We reviewed the menu but opted to go somewhere else due to prices

Affordable prices, food was decent, service was really good.

I normally enjoy eating at O’Charleys, even though this location normally has slow service. But I will not be back after this trip here. My wife was eating and found a bug in her honey mustard, now I know that this happens in restaurants, but the response to me was unacceptable. They did pay for the meal but I did not appreciate the managers response stating that this was something they couldn’t prevent with the weather changing. The bathrooms were also very poor considering why my wife also had to go throw up after this situation. The waiter was the best part of this entire trip, and I do appreciate their help and kindness.

Waited forever and only received the appetizer after asking another waitress if she could check on it. It was disgusting. It definitely was sitting there for a while before it was finally brought to the table. We walked out after looking at it and didn’t waste anymore time there. Another family was there wanting to speak to a manager over the crappy service and had been waiting for quite a while for said manager to show up.

The atmosphere, food and staff are great. The food is always hot and the price is not bad. There are specials on certain days that also can make it worth your while if you are a big eater. On Wednesday they have free pie.

I haven't eaten here in months due to a bad experience. This time I was very satisfied. It took a little longer for takeout than expected, but overall, good to go. I bought the family meal.

Worst meal. The loaded potato soup was warm cheese soup with french fries. Chicken was good on my salad,but my friend found two hairs in her salad. Waitress was overwhelmed having to seat patrons,as well as wait on tables. Poor management. My friends and I will not be returning.

Today my family and I visited O'Charley's for what was probably my second time ever, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The food was a mixed experience – I ordered the salmon, rice pilaf, and broccoli. The salmon was excellent, and the broccoli was good, but the rice pilaf was dry and crunchy, which was disappointing.

However, the real issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. During our meal, we encountered not one but two roaches crawling on the wall next to our booth. We had to deal with them ourselves to prevent them from potentially crawling onto us. This completely ruined the dining experience.

I already tend to avoid chain restaurants, so it was unlikely I’d have returned, but after this unsettling experience, I can confidently say I won’t be coming back at all.

The Kitchen Mgr, Ashley is phanominal and the Lead Bartender is even better. If there is anything you don't like about your food, and that's doubtful but they will fix it and WITHOUT ATTITUDE. we go there with us friends every Friday night. The prime rib puts Outback to shame.

We came from out of state as hurricane evacuees. Had an absolutely great time. Natasha and Pauly gave excellent service and Denice was so friendly it was nice to find great food and even better service in the midst of a Hurricane.

I've only lived here for 24 years and I think I've went here once before that. And I don't know why I haven't been going there more often. Recently I was looking for a different place to eat not knowing what I want to eat I saw that they had spinach dip and thought oh good I'll get that well all I can say is now I'm hooked this is the fourth day in a row that I have ordered it I wonder what tomorrow will bring? One nice thing to the curbside you basically just have to sit there and they will be at your vehicle door when your food is ready at the time they say it is
