Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. Staff in the store didn’t care about the inconvenience, nor were even making any food.

My coworkers and I ordered 3 soups and salad and one 1/ sandwich and soup and only received one of the salads but four of the soups. Our order was $81.63. So, I called to let them know that it was short of three salads, I asked to speak to the manager, he said he is the manager and his name was Mark. Well Mark was acting very sassy as I explained my order to him, he told me to bring it back in so he could see because it was hard to believe that three salads were left off. So, I said were working we can't come right now that's why we paid for the delivery. I said to my coworker I guess he think were lying, and he started to over talk me and said ma'am I didn't call you a liar and just hung up the phone. So, my coworker went in to show him the food, and he was yelling and being loud. Very rude and unprofessional. Mark, you said you're the store General Manger you need to do better. If that is even his real name. Because when my coworker asked his name and for corporates number, she said his name is Alexander and she said she didn't have the number to corporate. We were dissapointed.

I ordered a steak sandwich, soup and salad w/an apple. The soup was cold, the salad was brown and the apple was brown. So when I got home, I heated up the soup and ate the sandwich with the soup and that’s what I ate for dinner. It’s too expensive to to be so nasty.

I love Panera bread but this location sucks. I literally waited in the drive thru for a pick up order that was done at 6:47pm. I live literally 5 minutes away and still had to wait. Here it is 7:27pm. Terrible customer service. Walked in and nobody greeted me.

I went this place to get a pastry,and I did know I have to give cash in hand,I put it in the counter and the cashier as to give it to me in her hands I did and she started screaming at me with a very bad attitude and out of control, I talk her this was not the way to talk to a customer and I call the manager another young girl,who came and never apologized just trying to give me the change ,so I ask for my money back and she was giving me Les that what I pay, finally she give me all and left with no pantry and not even a apologize!

Stella is stellar!!!! Answers the phone with Joy, is kind and friendly in person . My San which was beautifully made . Highly recommend please give her raise and promotion !

It takes this location an inordinate amount of time to do anything. They take the “fast” right out of “fast food”. If you’re hoping to grow old while waiting on your order, this is the place for you! I ordered a ciabatta cheesesteak 35 minutes ago and it’s still not done. Have no idea about the food quality, and at this rate I may never know. About to tell them to eat it themselves in a week when it’s done.

The dining room was quaint but the the order pick up board should be located in the main dining room also because it can't be seen by guests that are dining in. The seating by the pick up window is one bench so people would have to stand around in a tight spit to pick up their order. Other than that it was great. Love the Chipotle ranch chicken sandwich and Mediterranean green salad. The kitchen sink cookie is phenomenal. Lastly wrap the French baguette in paper don't just do it in the bag. Sometimes more than one order is in a bag and so every ones hands are touching your food.

There was no turkey in my turkey sandwhich but there was a spider! Guy says that its not possible because he worked all day but it was a clear spider so it is what it is. The main point is that there was no turkey and forgot my soup too. People should be nicer and also, PLEASE check produce when it comes in. Last time I came here, I placed an order to go and the lady behind the counter yelled in my face to prove I placed an order literally the moment I walked in the door. When I showed her my app and the order confirmation, she yelled that it didn't prove anything. How does that make any sense??? Like I just walked in?? I understand that this is just a fast food place but get it together. I won't go again but just in case there are still people who read reviews before they go somewhere, just go elsewhere.
