I had to wait a bit before someone came to the counter but that's the norm these days. The gentleman who did come to the counter was great and was extremely courteous. I didn't get his name because I was in a hurry to get my food. The pizza tasted great.

Ordered pizza with some veggies and chicken toppings. Turns out they were out of chicken.

A white haired gentleman working the counter and ovens makes pizzas and breadsticks that look picture perfect and are cooked perfectly. Portions are 10/10 and ready quickly. However, some recent delivery experiences have left a negative impression, with pizza arriving cold and not cooked all the way. It is suggested to pick up orders for food that is hot.
