Place sucks, look at the people they hire there and you’ll understand. They need a good manager to tighten up standards. The staff is all over the place and my order is usually wrong no matter my diligence in making sure the person taking it understands. Place is a mess but people will ignore it and keep spending money there.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Geno at Starbucks because he truly made my day! I had just left the gym feeling tired and drained, trying to stick to my diet and get more protein in. Geno was so friendly, upbeat, and clearly knows his coffee. He helped me pick the perfect drink to boost my energy and fit exactly what I needed.
Not only was he amazing, but the whole store had such a cheerful vibe. The place was spotless, and everyone there seemed so positive and welcoming.
I definitely recommend this Starbucks!! Especially if Geno is working!!! He’ll take great care of you and lift your spirits in the process.

I’ve visited this Starbucks several times while staying at a nearby hotel. The atmosphere is inviting and the seating setup is great—really ideal for relaxing. However, there’s one issue that consistently ruins the experience: the music volume. It’s incredibly loud, to the point where it feels more like a nightclub than a coffee shop, especially on weekend mornings when I’m just trying to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee.
I politely asked the barista if the volume could be lowered, but was told it’s company policy not to adjust it. I found that response disappointing, and it left me feeling unwelcome. Unless there’s a change in how the music is managed, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously—this could be a truly great spot with just a small adjustment.
