I’ve visited this Starbucks several times while staying at a nearby hotel. The atmosphere is inviting and the seating setup is great—really ideal for relaxing. However, there’s one issue that consistently ruins the experience: the music volume. It’s incredibly loud, to the point where it feels more like a nightclub than a coffee shop, especially on weekend mornings when I’m just trying to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee.
I politely asked the barista if the volume could be lowered, but was told it’s company policy not to adjust it. I found that response disappointing, and it left me feeling unwelcome. Unless there’s a change in how the music is managed, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously—this could be a truly great spot with just a small adjustment.

The community that is build at this specific location is amazing. So many wonderful people who work here that make me feel loved and taken care.
This location is great. The drive-thru is usually pretty quick, even if the line is long. All the staff working here are great, and super nice, especially the weekday morning crew.
