Waited 10+ minutes to be greeted after being told to seat ourselves. Our server never showed, another server took our drinks and order.
Nachos with chicken... 15 chips with canned cheese(cold). Small chicken portion, about 3 ounces?
Potato kegs...burnt and cold.
Plastic utensils.

The water was good.
10/10 would not recommend.

Though My waitress Rachel was amazin, she was quick and thoughtful, the bartenders didn’t make my drinks correctly in addition to taking forever to make them, I appreciate the service but the actually experience was muddied by a few bad drinks

Waitress Rachel was wonderful but bar took FOR EVER with our drinks, and food literally took forever as well. We don’t blame the server she was doing the best she was left with. There was only one cook so we realized why it took soo long but the drinks were ridiculous for how many people were at the bar.

Service was a bit slow at the bar. Servers seemed to be more interested in chatting with the regulars than serving drinks. There were probably 10 people total there on a Thursday evening. Transitioned to a table for dinner. The service was better in the dining room, but the food was mediocre at best.

Our server was reasonably attentive. Some of the lettuce in my salad was as big as my face which I found a bit off putting. The portions on the chicken were generous. The plastic utensils provided AFTER we ate the steak bites with our hands were a bit of a challenge for cutting up the oversized elements of our meal. Not an overwhelmingly positive experience. As an infrequent visitor to these types of establishments I probably won’t be missed, so no great loss to them or me.

Poor waitress. Party of 36. With a reservation. They knew we were coming and gave us one server. Party booked for months. This girl is running her butt off. This place is notorious for being understaffed. And all the multiple times I’ve tried to forgive it I’m done. This isn’t fair to this poor girl.
Not worth the visit. If they can’t take care of a wedding rehearsal party with three months notice. They won’t take care of you.

Had lunch today there with my daughter which we had many other times. We were the only patrons there.
We sat at the bar and ate. The lady bartender was more interested in her manager than us. We had to wave her down several times and had to grab what we needed from other tables.
We felt like a burden on her.
We have always received military discounts there and we were told they don’t do that. The manager there did give it to us anyways.
Not going there no more. Sorry

This place is absolutely amazing, I had a really really great time with my wife. Service, music, entertainment, and atmosphere was absolutely above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a good entertaining time!!

My wife and I decided to stop in for a bite after walking through the mall. We shared a club sandwich with fries and had tea and lemonade. There really want anyone in there at the time so it was kinda dead. We're used to a more lively atmosphere. But it wasn't anything bad at all. And maybe it was just the time of day??‍♂️ Now go and check out my other reviews on places to stay and eat. We outchea! SHALOM
