Very poor management. Rosa the general manager she don’t know how to talk to her employees or customers. Very confrontational. Always nick picking. Thats so unprofessional. She talks to you like you’re a child. She is on a power trip. Respect do to a dog. Thats why business like this is always hiring. Not only will this run a hard worker & team player away. The customers as well. Some of her staff has nasty attitudes. One lied on me yesterday Watching me . Instead of her pulling me to the side she assumed as always. Clearly she doesn’t like me & that sound like a personal problem. I done how she gets away with treating her employees & customers like as if there are trash.

This is the worst place to try to eat. We came here after getting off shift expecting to get something to eat but instead caught attitude because I asked for a minute to figure out my Taco Bell app. She was rude and disrespectful because I was “running up her time” while I was sitting at the speaker and menu. I was also the only car in the drive thru. We chose to go to Panda Express instead.

Employees are rude as hell. They on multiple occasions have forgotten items and then when asked about the missing items. They will lie straight to your face saying they made the order and did it themselves. I hope they fire these people cuz I just wanted my missing tacos and got yelled at and called a liar.

Food was not properly prepared had it from a different location definitely wasn't the same
I am from New York where people arent generally the nicest. But this.... these are the meanest people ever. I was ready to place an order at the drive through the lady asked me if i had a mobile order or rewards i said no. I proceeded to wait 5-10 mins. No joke... 5-10 mins when i finally hear skmeone scream ORDER! I said oh I can order and she goes ya as soon as you pulled up you couldve ordered. I was like uhhh no one asked me what I wanted. Tried to order street chalupas cause the ad for the takes up the WHOLE DAMN SCREEN. Immediately says those are discontinued. TBell u have to hire better employees and make sure they dont have criminal backgrounds or attitude problems this is the face of your company you are risking.
