This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I have now tried it 3 times. Not once have they gotten my order right. My fault for not checking my orders in the drive thru. I really thought they would know the difference between tacos,burritos and quesadilla.

My Food Is Absolutely Awful!! Worst Taco Bell Iāve EVER Eaten!! I Do NOT Recommend Eating Here! They Spilled Pizza Sauce All Over My Food And Throwout My Bag Of Food! Didnāt Give Me My Drink! For Some Unknown Reason They Put Purple Cabbage On Top Of My Mexican Pizza! I Was At The Hospital In Charleston SC Stopped To Eat Now I Am Headed Back Home To Sumter SC Where Iāll Order New Edible Food! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!

The young man at the front counter was so nice. So patient and sweet when my kids asked him questions. Helpful to other guests using the kiosk to order. Stayed calm and respectful when a rude doordasher was getting frustrated.

Not sure what these other bad reviews are about BUT LET ME TELL YOUā¦ Place was absolutely clean compared to other Taco Bellās .Food came out pretty fast,Not sure if the lady that kept coming to check on us was the manager but if sheās not ,Taco Bell should DEFINITELY hire her for an upper position.Since the moment we walked in they greeted us and made us feel comfortable, itās like you walk in and the vibes are awesome, she made sure our order was correct and check on us(including making conversation with us and making us laugh).Honestly I am TRULY surprised.WILL DEFINITELY be going back.
It all started with them wanting to charge extra for changing from chicken to ground beef l. Then my dragonfruit fresca turned to a strawberry fresca which tasted spoiled. I tried for lemonade it was just water, I tried for Mt. Dew Baja midnight it was just soda water with the slightest purple. I paid for the soft shell taco to be a supreme they only added sour cream and they didnt give us any sauce. When I talked to them abpit the drinks they never even apologized just said its not their fault that the trucks tomorrow.

My husband was ordering for me. Latrel took our order and was very rude and short. There was no one in the drive through so I wasnāt expecting attitude when my husband needed a second to look over the menu. He kept saying āanything elseāwith an attitude over and over again. We werenāt rude to him so it was uncalled for.

First off someone was blocking the drivethru and then pulled off, didnāt even order! Next, the window cashier was outside hanging out while I was waiting for the person to move so I can order my food, then he couldn't get my order right and I asked him for mild sauce, never got any sauce whatsoever! Ordered 3 taco supremeās and they tasted terrible! Got to the 2nd one and the crap chipped my tooth!!!! Calling corporate office on Monday!! Terrible service, terrible food & a terrible experience!!!!!!

Uncomfortable vibe and attitude. Some food was burnt inedible and can't differentiate between burritos, they seemed to be the same type even though different ones were ordered. They must've turned off their mobile ordering app because each mobile order was cancelled and had to order in person. Overall it sucked, never going back.
