It is what it is. And the service is mostly crappy.

Absolutely garbage. Almost ice cold tacos and they did not give me the sauces I asked for. I got a double decker that was with cheese and not refried beans and it had tortillas stripes in it. The lettuce was like soup slop.

Morning crew is great, always gets my customizations correct when other Taco Bell’s usually don’t.

Ordered 7 burritos, pretty modified, no beans, no sour cream, add 3 cheese blend, add seasoned rice.

Out of the 7 I ordered, 3 of them were correct. And this isn't the first time they've messed up an order.

Last time when I ordered nachos and cheese, they gave me cinnamon twists and cheese. Like what the hell

It’s Taco Bell. There’s a 50/50 chance that it will be just fine (as far as fast food goes), and there’s a 50/50 chance that it won’t be just fine. Sometimes I get good service here, and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes the food is okay, sometimes it’s not. To be honest, if I’m eating at Taco Bell it’s because it’s a late night choice, and nothing else was open; but it certainly works in a pinch, and sometimes it’s good, and sometimes it’s not. I’m thankful that they’re open so late. I say, if you’re out late food hunting, why not roll the dice.

I will say this, I’d pass on their quesadillas, because it’s very rare that they don’t burn them. I like their quesadillas when they aren’t burnt, but that just doesn’t happen very often.

It's definitely Taco Bell. If you order more than one thing that isn't exactly as-is on the menu, then you should expect to get something incorrect. In the off chance your order happens to be accurate, then the food will be stale or the portions will be off, it's just the business model: give the customer a 50/50 shot at getting "fresh" ingredients, or ones that aren't in the midst of going stale, and if we just got a truck, their "order" is whatever they get in their bag. If you order vegetarian, check your order before leaving the parking lot, it's not an easy one to return to. ALWAYS check for your Cinna twists, for some reason they like to withhold those a lot too.
If you're reading this, godspeed. For all the usual reasons, I wish you the best of luck on your TB journey.

Food is always good, however inconsistent at times. Service has gotten my order wrong only a couple of times. Atmosphere is the regular tacobell experience.

Absolute worst Tacobell in North Charleston. Food tasted horrible. Extremely long wait times, even as a Dasher. The smell in there and atmosphere with the other customers is trash also. I had to throw my whole meal away, I just couldn't eat it. Don't see how this place is rated 3.8. I would "steering clear" and go to the next one just up the road.
