Food is very subpar for the price, the seating area is usually freezing, and the service is slow so food doesn’t come out hot. There’s one person trying act as bartender and as waitress, she’s friendly but that’s not a job for one person. I’ve eaten several meals here out of convenience, it was not a one off bad experience. I highly recommend Amici’s Italian right up the street.

Got the Quesdilla wirh chicken it was perfect and the tortilla was butter and grilled for light crisp bite. Got 6 barbecue wings decent size and really good I love wings and critical of my wings and I'm impressed. Staff was very nice with quick service and cook time. Ita little pricey but better then ording pizza or fast food to hotel

This was my first stop when I landed in Charleston. My wife and I were hungry and in search of food and this place was highly recommended on Google. I'm so glad we both agreed to venture into this establishment after reviewing the menu. The food was great. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato waffle fries 😋 The bartenders were super friendly, especially the young man with the locs.

I’m a guest in the hotel & I called down to order & is put on hold for 7 min hearing a drunk customer talk about flights before Renee return to the phone. After she returns she finally asks am I calling for food or drinks.. hmm I said food.. she proceeds to tell me that the kitchen closes at 10 when the restaurant hours has 11pm. I don’t think she realized that I have been a guest in the hotel for a week & is familiar with the hours of operation. I let her have it said ok thank you.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! At a small bar in the middle of a hotel no less😮. Service was amazing and food came fast. Didn’t even stay at the hotel, just came for the restaurant because of the reviews.

Renter beware!! Whatever you do...don't let them book you in a room that faces the front fountain...we were excited about our balcony BUT be ready for landscaping blowers every morning at 7 AND the 10PM parade of plastic trash bins. The noise was ridiculous. Unacceptable actually. Could be avoided very simply if guest comfort was their #1 concern
