Racist management , I do not recommend.
Do we not train managers now, there is no way a customer should EVER feel like they're being racially profiled from just reading a bag of chips. Customer service should be ALWAYS be the number 1 priority.
It happened today. I’m pretty sure I was accused of something because of my dark skin and my nappy hair.
And it is super crazy to me, being the person in charge was a POC.
So I ordered two salads, tomato soup, and a vegan oatmeal raisin cookie for curbside from @Verde on Magnolia Road.
I got there and called the number, the cashier says I have to come inside.
I left my car on, went inside, and got my bag. I checked it and it’s missing the soup and cookie....read full review
