*this is in no way to reflect negativly on the employee who was doing her absolute best and was working her butt off* It is unacceptable that a poor sweet girl was staffed in there alone at night. It was super busy and she looked exhausted and overwhelmed and like she was about to cry or just cried. Aside from being stressful and overwhelming it is a HUGE safety issue to expect a woman to work alone at night in a building until after 2 am!! I asked her if they had staffed her like that on purpose and she said “a bunch of people just quit” I CAN SEE WHY! she had been doing this for days already and she’s going to be doing it for the rest of this week! My food was fine and she got it out as quick as she could. There was a huge line- That sweet employee deserves a medal because I know people have probably been rude or impatient with her and I hope this can be rectified!

My family and I went to went to Wendy's on University Blvd. The doors were locked so we had to use the drive through. Movement was incredibly slow. Once we got up to order, someone asked if we were going to use the app. When we said no, no one responded to our call for at least 10 minutes. The driver through was not crowded. Service could have been much better.

Just garbage people working. Cant handle more than one costumer at a time. Im 25 minutes into waiting with only 2 cars ahead of me. I should just drive away but im stubborn. Will not come back here again.
