*this is in no way to reflect negativly on the employee who was doing her absolute best and was working her butt off* It is unacceptable that a poor sweet girl was staffed in there alone at night. It was super busy and she looked exhausted and overwhelmed and like she was about to cry or just cried. My family and I went to went to Wendy's on University Blvd. The doors were locked so we had to use the drive through. Movement was incredibly slow. Once we got up to order, someone asked if we were going to use the app. When we said no, no one responded to our call for at least 10 minutes. The driver through was not crowded. Service could have been much better.

I don't understand how you charge an arm and a leg for your food that doesn't even taste good make people wait 45 minutes in your drive-thru and then still don't give them all the food they pay for that's just soory
