Can’t tell how good the food is we went for
Sushi and with NOBODY sitting at sushi bar we were told to wait 5 minutes, after 7 I asked if we could just go sit at the sushi bar which the two children at the front desk seemed to discuss and said we needed to wait and I was wondering why we had to wait to just sit down when there’s no one there we saw the sushi chef squatting on the floor behind the bar, no acknowledgment We sat down for half a second and decided I could spend my money somewhere where they really care about their customers. I’m a 48 year food and beverage veteran. This is unacceptable. I will tell everyone I know to not participate or go to this place. It’s not worth my energy. Sad thing is it’s right around the corner from my house was looking forward to a good meal and maybe bringing friends back for my birthday this weekend But never again will I step foot in there?

All is good, especially the cooks .. do keep your party together when paying, or you will be double tipped and taxed and will not be able to pay together with one card payment

The food was good. The service was not the best. Our drinks stayed empty and we only got one refill. The chef seemed like he didn't want to be there.

The chicken had a weird taste. Can't quite put my finger on it.

Wait staff and cooks are always solid. Food is great 95% of the time. Responsive to feedback and no longer putting the menus on the plates. Much happier due to responsive management!

Went here for my son’s birthday. From the time of entry to the end of service, the staff were completely rude to my family. The portions of the food were small. When questioning the portion size, we were treated disrespectfully. The food was not seasoned well. The only meal that was shared is my kids. Each adult ordered their own meal. When the manager brought my extra chicken to the table after arguing with her about portion size. She bumped into and threw my food on the table.
Just overall bad service! Horrible quality of care.

They take forever to bring me my salad. They only gave me soup.

Update: they don’t have the black fancy cloths anymore, now they use paper towels. This sucks. Also my salad came about 5 minutes after this review. It was okay

Food was alright, I’ve had much better hibachi, but the service was excellent. The business definitely needs a refresh. My shoes stuck to the floor.

Kid-friendliness: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. But $24 for veggies and rice is so overpriced.

Had a large group, told us they had a big table, put us at a small table, two of us were BEHIND the cook.
NOT ONE TRICK, cooked the food and left, little son's birthday, what a waste.
Nice people, but $400+ for basically just rice and chicken is outrageous.
Never again.

If you want to have hibachi, you can have it here, but that is about the extent of what you will get here. We had the Yokoso dinner. The portions are very large. However the food quality lackluster. I have never had fried rice where the only topping is soy sauce, no vegetables or meat combined. The shrimp was overcooked to a hard rubbery texture, while the chicken was more so glazed sauce vs caramelized with the sauce like traditional Japanese hibachi. But the millet was cooked to perfection temperature wise. Decent establishment, but most likely will not return.
