2/14/2024 Wed eve around 7 or a little after ordered two fish sandwiches and both came out barely warm. Why do you precook these. I would have waited for them to be cooked as they are so much better hot
The last two times we've been here the orders have been shorted or just plain wrong and we were too far away to go back. If you order the roast beef gyro open the wrapper and make sure it is roast beef. The 2nd was the worst, my wife got small fry and there were only 6 fries in the cup. I order jalapeño poppers and were shorted. If you go to NMB Arby's check your order before you leave, drive thur and in-store.

Arby's offers AMAZING customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. Despite occasional rudeness from customers, the service remains top-notch. The facility is clean, and the management is very nice and supportive. The Fish Sandwich and Brisket Sandwich are delicious options, while the roast beef sandwich is also a favorite among many. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, and the seating is plentiful with options from booths to tables to bar stools. Although the condiment machines can sometimes be empty, the quick and pleasant service makes up for it. Prices are reasonable for tasty meals like the Beef & Curly Fries, hamburgers, and excellent milkshakes.
