Was not busy at 2pm on a Sunday but decided to have another enjoyable meal.I ordered the Salmon and the wife ordered the Small Filet cooked Medium. When it arrived it was raw inside and the wateress was folding silverware into napkins at the other end of the dining room. After 15 minutes she came backed and asked how as everything.
