My wife and I went during an early morning breakfast and it was packed, nothing abnormal for the area. After waiting to be seated the service sadly put a bad taste in my mouth more than the food. The older lady seemed bothered to serve us when she hardly came to the table. All other tables had a container of warm syrup except ours and by time we noticed and she finally came to the table our food was out with sides of syrup so it was pointless at this point. Really good home country cooking. I usually go to Hoskins when I’m in the area, but there was such a long wait I headed here and it was really good. I personally liked the chocolate chip pancakes. My family enjoyed their meal. (They also had sugar feee syrup if any diabetics are in the group which is a plus for my crew.)

We stayed in North Myrtle Beach last week and if you drive for 5 minutes, it’s apparent that SC likes breakfast as there are breakfast places everywhere. I specifically tried to find out where the ‘locals’ go for breakfast.

Food - Decent but nothing spectacular. The Corned Beef Hash was good. The coffee was terrible, the bacon was only good if you ask for extra crispy. The pancakes are ok … but my daughter’s chocolate chip pancakes were plain pancakes...
