Sat down in a corner chair to enjoy my vanilla latte and check my phone. Set my cup down on this table and it was so dirty and sticky that the cup was almost stuck to it. The table looked like it hadn’t been wiped or cleaned in weeks!
I have an issue with Diane at the drive-thru, I am a regular drive thru customer and have witnessed this more than once. While very nice, she spends much too much time talking to the customers, and holds up the drive thru line. Today I witnessed the order handed to the car in front of me, while she continued to talk to the driver for a good 4-5 minutes. That is unacceptable to me.
