The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to!!! Every single time I come here, the line is never long but the drive thru takes forever!!!! Never have this issue at any other Starbucks, north Myrtle needs new management and better employees! Also what is the point in mobile ordering if you still have to wait forever inside for it!

Service is not great at this store, which has become the norm at this store. The store was dirty, cashier took our order and stood around talking to friend, while i was waiting for our order. She knew I was waiting but apparently customers are not important. I could go on and on about things I observed in this store.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been so appalled by the customer service of a place. After getting our drinks wrong on two previous visits, the 3rd time, we went back through the drive through and the blonde girl immediately got sassy with us. The barista then came over to also argue with us. This went on for an extended period of time. Never once did they offer to remake the drink, but spent plenty of time telling us we were wrong and rolling their eyes as well as talking loudly about us to each other, while we were right there. The manager came over and was at least a little understanding and did eventually remake the wrong drink. This was extremely stressful and no one should be treated this way for something they were paying for. I know this is not the Company norm and I would fire both of these girls immediately for treating any customer like this. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this location again.

The best Starbucks with the greatest barista of all time: Jillian. She is always kind and efficient and she definitely deserves a raise or a winning lottery ticket or some gold bars. Go to this Starbucks if you wanna meet the legend.?

Sat down in a corner chair to enjoy my vanilla latte and check my phone. Set my cup down on this table and it was so dirty and sticky that the cup was almost stuck to it. The table looked like it hadn’t been wiped or cleaned in weeks!
