“Line was long. Cashier was inept. Couldn't make change. Food was great, but manager should train Cashier during slow times, not peak. Lost business as many people just drove off rather than wait. It's called fast food for a reason. Would have given one star had food not been so hot and made fresh.“
“I worked at Wendy's when I was a kid, so I understand their stress of lunch rush. The entire place looked like it was ridden hard and put up wet, BUT it was not from a lack of effort. They were understaffed, but every person working there was trying and polite in the face of a long line and a few upset customers. I would eat here again because I know that although the soda machine was empty and the fountain in the back was dispensing flat soda that the crew was putting in the effort in the face of adversity.“
“The food is always hot and the customer service is consistently pleasant. However, I expected ordering through the app to speed up the process, but that hasn’t been the case. I’m starting to question the benefit of using the app if there’s still a wait when you arrive at the restaurant“
