“Line was long. Cashier was inept. Couldn't make change. Food was great, but manager should train Cashier during slow times, not peak. Lost business as many people just drove off rather than wait. It's called fast food for a reason. Would have given one star had food not been so hot and made fresh.“
“Came here to eat lunch after a doctor appointment. Tried drive-thru but was told dine in only. We figured what the heck we have time. I ordered a #7 and wife got chilli and a baked potato. The food and service were very good. I used to work on Wendy's Point of Sales systems for about 12 years so I've had a lot of Wendy's this was the best so far.“
“The food is always hot and the customer service is consistently pleasant. However, I expected ordering through the app to speed up the process, but that hasn’t been the case. I’m starting to question the benefit of using the app if there’s still a wait when you arrive at the restaurant“
