Zaxbys customer service reached out and provided a full refund for my order. I upgraded the rating because of their follow up and great customer service.

I ordered through the mobile app to save time and had a horrible experience. I was first offered someone else’s order and then told to go park at the front of the business because my order was “almost ready.” I gave them 30 minutes and then finally parked to go inside, concerned that I was completely forgotten about despite there being very few other customers. As I was walking inside, the drive-thru employee came running with my food and said “sorry, it was in front of me the whole time but I didn’t see it.” As expected, all of my food was somewhere between room temperature and cold but I couldn’t afford to wait another 30 minutes by asking them to remake it. I also upgraded my Wingz and Thingz meal to have a large fry and I think I got less fries than I’ve ever gotten with a regular meal. This meal was a total disappointment and a waste of $25. This would be a 1 star review but the employees were friendly, despite forgetting about me.“

“Long time Olive Garden fan, new to the area. Came on a Sunday night and the restaurant was busy, as are most places on the weekends. My boyfriend and I got Azi as our server and she was amazing! “Best sauce I've had on a pizza, it doesn't make me sick to my stomach after having it. My favorite crust by far is the calicrust and the old world peperoni is definitely in my top favorite toppings. And most everything is made from scratch too, it's really worth giving it a try if you haven't yet!

“Stopped by TD’s Food and Drink in downtown Clemson during a road trip, and it’s the go-to spot before a game, buzzing with Clemson spirit right next to campus!

This lively student dive bar delivers high energy and a perfect pre-game vibe. The wings were a standout, packed with flavor and cooked just right. The sandwiches were delicious too, hearty and great for a casual lunch. My wife and I shared a pitcher of “The Tiger” (orange vodka, Sprite, and orange juice), a fun, citrusy drink that was a hit with our table and new friends we made among Clemson students and alumni - such a great community feel!

That said, the dive bar atmosphere - loud, crowded, and unpolished - might not suit everyone, though it’s part of the charm if you’re here for the game-day hype. Service was solid but a bit stretched during the busy lunch rush. If you’re looking for tasty bar food and the heart of Clemson’s pre-game excitement, TD’s is the place to be. Go Tigers!“

“We came in Friday November 25 at 6:30ish. Whoever was working the counter and running food was amazing! We have four crazy kids and they got the order perfect. Very helpful, very yummy. Will definitely come back.“

“The most delicious and affordable pizza option in the Clemson area by far. I’ve been about 5 times now and every time the customer service has been great and the food ready on time. “Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.

There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.

Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.

They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?“
