“Best Italian I've ever had! Don't waste a visit on burgers and such, go for the pasta you won't regret it! Husband had bacon and penne pasta, I had mussels, shrimp and class in red sauce, both with just the right amount of spice. Fabulous! Natalie and Ludovico were super friendly and hospitable as well, can't wait to go back. Bring your own wine!“

“First time in since the renovation and the food remains incredible and Ms. Gina our server was the best! Our glasses stayed full, she checked on us and was so kind. The Diablo Shrimp lived up to its name spicy and full of flavor definitely recommend. We love this place and will always return!“

“Food is so good here. My favorite lunch spot during the week for something healthy that they prepare fast. Veggies are usually very fresh and it's always cooked perfectly for my tastes.
Much less expensive than I was expecting for how much real food you get. The workers are all awesome as well.“

“We love the fired pizza here. They only make one size, and it’s perfect for two people. Plus, they’ve got tons of toppings, so everyone can find something they like.
The service here is great. We were seated immediately when we arrive even though we had a large party. The server here excellent, she was patient with the kids and got the large order out in a timely manner. All the pizzas were hot and fresh. Thanks, to the cook who cooked and made our orders correctly.“

“Tried them out outside of Crunch tonight, and it was delicious. I got Strawberry shortcake added peanut butter for myself and my two kids. They loved it and so did I. They were fast and friendly too.“

“The mobile thru lane makes the drive thru experience a breeze. We’ve always been in and out in less than 5 minutes with mobile thru when we visit here. The food is on par for other Chick-Fil-A’s. The only negative would be the hill leading in/out of the restaurant can be hard to navigate into the lower parking lot, but it hasn’t been busy when we’ve been.“

“Excellent restaurant, and underrated by the reviews. Been coming here since they opened, and they’ve always had consistent great service, very good food, and good atmosphere. My wife and I love the salads, and kids love the pizzas (Greenville Goddess is a unique favorite, and all are good) and bread sticks.
Personally I think the sauce could use a little more “umph” to my taste (unsure what type of tomatoes they use, and/or a little fresh basil and tiny amount of fresh garlic maybe?), but that’s a very minor nit-pick from this former New Yorker. I don’t expect Brooklyn or New Haven Pizza in the upstate, and this is one of the better pizzas in the upstate. The service is particularly what keeps us coming back.“

I am highly impressed with how this situation and we were handled. Shout out to Chris who is over 13 stores and made sure this became a teaching moment and a moment to sit down face to face with everyone involved. If only we could do this in the world we would be in a better place as the human race. Panera will not be losing us as customers and I'm sure all the stores he is over will find themselves better because of his leadership. I decided to keep the original review because how a company handle issues shows character and builds trust for the brand
THIS is what passes for “customer service” at Panera Bread on Woodruff Rd????
My husband walked in to pick up a PREPAID order of bagels for his job.This was an order he stepped in to grab because someone else couldn’t, and somehow ended up being treated like a suspect instead of a customer.
And let’s be very clear about how this unfolded:
The first employee he spoke to had no issue at all.
He gave the name, and everything was moving exactly as it should.
Then an older white female stepped in and suddenly everything changed.
Suddenly he was a “scammer.”
Suddenly he needed to “call the person who ordered it.”
Suddenly the proof in his hand wasn’t enough.
Same MAN DRESSED IN A SHIRT WITH THE COMPANY LOGO. Same order. Same proof.
Different reaction.
This handome, beautiful spirited, kind BLACK AND PUERTO RICAN man who always wants the best for everyone is a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend, mentor, leader, a man of God, and a pastor. His reputation of service to others is phenomenal! He is the kind of man who speaks to everyone, holds doors for others, and will help a stranger without hesitation.
And even in that moment of being profiled over something already PAID FOR he did not get loud, did not get rude, did not become angry( how yall LOVE TO STEREOTYPE PEOPLE OF COLOR)
He bit his tongue! Stayed calm! Showed restraint!
And waited while your employee decided whether he was “worthy” of receiving an order that was already paid for!!!!
That right there is the problem.
Because when a man can do EVERYTHING right, come prepared, be respectful, be calm and YET STILL be treated like he doesn’t belong...
That’s not confusion.
That’s not policy.
That’s bias! That’s profiling! That’s racism!
Panera Bread please explain to us why did one employee see a customer, and another see a threat?
What kind of environment allows that kind of bias to show up so comfortably?
And what are you going to do to make sure this doesn’t keep happening?
Because today it was my husband a man who chose grace when he didn’t have to!
But let’s be clear 🗣🎙 HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT IN THAT POSITION TO BEGIN WITH!
DO BETTER! BecAUSE HE DESERVES BETTER! WE ALL DO!

“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“Be advised that if you try to order half sweet tea / half unsweetened tea, 9/10 times they’re going to give you half tea / half lemonade because they don’t read. And they will straight up tell you that YOU ordered it wrong unless you have a receipt to prove it.
The food here is often not made well (sloppy or overcooked) and the service is VERY slow even when there’s no wait. The food is nothing special and overpriced in general. I only eat here when they have a good coupon / offer on the app.
If you want Whataburger specifically, I recommend trying a different location.“
