“Rice was super dry, but the food was as you'd expect. Not the best but also far from the worst. It was very hot inside, few seats looked available. Over half the place seemed off limits. Seems like the bars aren't in use anymore, at least not during lunch.“

“The food was sooooooo good! Friendly cashier. Prices good and fast service. Restaurant could use some major TLC and upgrades to make the place a bit more appealing. Not really somewhere to sit in and eat. I definitely recommend for take out though. Will be back :)“

“I love hole in the wall chinese places. On return from deployment I tried to find the Lo Mein like I get here out in Utah and Texas. It just wasn't the same, I FINALLY got my lo mein! The family who runs this location is excellent as well very friendly and nice!!! We ended up trying the mushu beef and really likes it!! I'm particular about cabbage I prefer thinner slices and decently cooked. It was fun trying something new.The portion sizes also make me super happy since I can have dinner a snack and breakfast the next morning. They also worked with us wanting no vegetables and some of our dishes had added vegetables.“

“5 STARS - The BEST American Chinese food I have ever eaten ANYWHERE! I AM PICKY! We travel over 40 minutes to eat there VERY often. EVERYTHING is homemade including the egg rolls, the won ton for soups and especially the outstanding Cheese Wonton. ALL entrees taste fresh and homemade. It is more than reasonably priced for the outstanding “from scratch” food including P F Changs. I surely hope Williamston knows what a “jewel” they have there. I wish they would open in Greenville / Easley. Nothing we have compared to the Panda Cafe of Williamston.“

“We've been going to Asian Express for over 5 years. They are our "go to" place for Chinese takeout! We are in there at least a few times every week. You can eat in, but I think most get takeout. The couple who own it are great, very accomodating and we appreciate them! We've tried many different dishes and have enjoyed them. Beef LoMein, Triple Delight, sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken and more. Prices have been going up everywhere in the past year, but theirs are no more than other restaurants. Great selection to choose from. We do like their shrimp rolls also!“

“One of our favorite places to eat. Tried the new wok fired shrimp: The shrimp was chewy and looked nothing like the picture. I think I will stick with the teriyaki chicken. The plus for today: the super greens were ready in less than two minutes.“

“Out of all the Chinese places I've eaten in SC (reviews to come) First Wok tasted the closest to Chinese food yet. I just don't get the obsession with spaghetti noodles. I ordered Lo Mein. Their fried rice was actually fried rice and not just rice that was flavored with "stuff" mixed into it. My only real complaint, aside from the noodles, is the man who took my order and my cash wasn't very pleasant and I felt more like a burden than a guest. All in all, I will be ordering here again, just not what they call Lo Mein.“

“First time take out. I’ve been searching for an egg roll with flavor on this side of town. This place has it! (Maybe they changed the recipe with the bad reviews). Only problem was that it tasted like my egg roll was microwaved and not freshly made. Instead of crispy on the outside, it was chewy.
I played it safe ordering sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice, two shrimp egg rolls, and two white sauce. I was a little taken back on the small portion of rice. I spent $17 bucks and change. My order was ready in 8 mins. Sesame chicken had flavor. I will consider ordering here again. We’ll see!“
