KFC in Piedmont

“I went here today while traveling and went through the drive thru. My order was not correct and my food was not how I prefer it (I like my chicken right out of the grease). The manager was super nice! She immediately dropped chicken for me and fries. She kept checking on me while I waited and she was very apologetic. The gentleman who originally took my order also came to check on me and was very accommodating. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and not getting an attitude with me, but making sure I was satisfied! I appreciate all of you! The restaurant was very clean as well! Give the day shift manager a raise and a bonus!!“

“The young lady that was running the drive-thru was super nice and took extremely good care of me. The food was amazing and cooked fresh. My order was very complicated and the staff there went above and beyond the call of duty in order to accommodate my special request, and for that, I Thank You.
