Horrible experience at the 7418 Augusta Rd location. I ordered an 8-piece deal ($20) at the drive-thru around 5:00 PM. After agreeing to chicken substitutions, I was told to pull up to the curb. After waiting 15 minutes with no updates, I went inside.

I waited 15 minutes for 2 meals, then they came out soggy and not crispy, and biscuits were old and stale. On top of that, I asked for Chicken Littles and was told it wasn’t possible. Very disappointed in the quality.
