Our favorite place in town. The food is always fantastic, along with their service. We haven’t tasted anything off the menu that we didn’t LOVE! Fresh, delicious, and so friendly. Beaufort is blessed to have this restaurant!

Great cozy mom and pop diner. Fresh made food, great flavor. It was a long day for us with Marine graduation and we were tired, the food took a long time, so we were quite irritable when it finally did arrive, we took the food and went back to the hotel to rest. All in all, I truly believe if we weren't exhausted, we would have been able to truly enjoy the food. That is the only reason I didn't put 5 stars because the wait was 1hr to receive the food.

Our graduating marine only wanted barbecue when leaving base. We looked up this place online and WOW! Absolutely delicious! Loved the small family feel. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly!! Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!!
Got a free meal after graduating from Parris Island. One of the best BBQs I've ever had

This place is truly a hidden gem! I highly recommend! All of the food is delicious, they have amazing BBQ. I was blown away by how fantastic the food was. We had initially gone to Fish Camp around the block but they were unable to accommodate our party size so we settled for Smokehouse BBQ since we were tired and hungry and Smokehouse BBQ was really close so we ended up here, being beyond impressed. I will definitely be back :D

We shared the brisket platter...very tender and tasty. Sauces are not house-made (Mustard/Sweet Red) they are Sweet Baby Ray sauces. We had collards and slaw with the brisket and two extra sides. Mac-n-Chz and baked beans. All four are best described as good old fashioned soul food! Superb! The banana pudding was not old fashioned but yummy just the same. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.
Just went there for the first time tonight, everything was delicious! Seasoned to perfection. The collards were the best I’ve ever had and that Mac and cheese was to die for. Will be back often! ?
