Inside, the bar has a grungy, rough-around-the-edges look, but it serves incredible Carolina BBQ. The ambiance is generally not too loud, making it easy for guests to enjoy conversations, especially during quieter times. The restaurant features many TV screens and tables of varying heights, along with a nice fish tank.
While some reviewers mentioned issues with seasoning and authenticity in the past, recent feedback highlights the food as top tier. Dishes like the ribs, which are described as tender enough to pull the bones right out, and the wings, with a sticky sweet sauce, have impressed many.
