After a bad experience at another Dunkin, the manager gave us a free donut for our troubles. The first latte made by staff was more like a cappuccino, 80% foam. The manager could tell by the weight that it wasn’t right and gladly replaced my drink. I appreciate the customer service. 😊
Disappointed! Ordered a large iced coffee, and clearly they made a mistake and did a medium coffee and when they realized the error they just transferred to a large cup, shamelessly showing a huge gap.
