“Our group of 6 met At Ruby Tuesday met as a mini reunion and to wish one of our group safe travels as she moves to another state. The staff welcomed us and quickly set up a table for 6. They were all very pleasant, friendly and accomomcodating. One member of our party was a little late. Our server, Heather, was absolutely wonderful. She brought out menus, took our order for beverages and said it was no problem if our friend was going to be late. We ordered appetizers as we waited. Several other groups came in the area where we were sitting and Heather made sure whe was attentive to each group and quickly took their orders. when our friend arrived Heather quickly cleared the appetizers, got all of our orders, and refilled our water and/of other beverages. Our meals arrived shortly. Everything each of us ordered was attractively presented and tasted delicious and was served in a timely manner. Heather took our group photo for us for a memory of our very special occasion! We appreciate all of the staff we encountered on our visit. All of them were very courteous and willing to answer our questions and make us fell welcome. We never felt rushed. We would recommend this Ruby Tuesday to anyone. “One of the best eating places in Rock Hill, the breakfast menu is loaded and whatever you decide to choose you want go wrong it’s the best. I’ve been eating here for years and it just keeps getting better, satisfied customers and friendly faces everywhere ? the best staff you will ever meet, thanks to the great cook Dean,, the hard working waitresses Melissa, Kim, ext…. “Reuben sandwich was excellent. Big enough to enjoy but not enormous it wouldn’t fit into your mouth. Server was very friendly and checked on us to see if we were doing okay. Nice atmosphere, very clean. I would go back.“

“The food was hot but definitely not fresh. The staff ignored me until i asked would someone take my order cause the online ordering is not working. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Update now they reply with we glad you enjoyed your experience and im like no i didn't who wants to wait that long for food.“

“Highly recommend! We were in town to meet with clients and had catering arranged with another restaurant. There was in issue with that order and I had to scramble to find lunch for 30 people in less than 2 hours. I called the catering line and Loreta called me back within 1 minute. She was able to get the order placed and the Rock Hill location had it ready to pick up before noon. Everyone loved the sandwiches, the staff at the restaurant were super helpful, and Loreta followed up with me to make sure everything went well. Incredible service and good food, I will be stopping by whenever I am in town from now on.“
