We had a small gathering this weekend and had Maggioni Oyster Company cater the oysters. It was outstanding! Jeff and team provided excellent service! The oysters were cooked perfectly and they were delicious. There was never a gap in serving fresh oysters from the steamer and they were all easy to open! Their set up and tear down was seamless. I highly recommend Maggioni Oyster Company for your next gathering!
As a side note, if you just want a few fresh and delicious oysters...
