“This local restaurant has the absolute best Shrimp and Grits on their Sunday menu. Their fried shrimp is the best I've ever had and their Beedos burger is amazing. With a great variety of sides and homemade desserts, you won't be disappointed with anything you order here. It's on the way to Hunting Island State Park. Doesn't look like much but it's the best restaurant in in my Beaufort by my far. Any of day is a good to day to eat at Beedos and their Sunday menu is extra special.”

Insanely wonderful food but it takes time to prepare , not hours or anything but if you are looking for the 3 minutes at the fast food window tempo, you won't find it here. our food to about 15 minutes and was absolutely worth it. Give this place a try on your way to or from the beach. You will thank me, I promise.”

“Don't miss out on this local gem outside Beaufort on the way to Hunting Island! Gullah Grub Restaurant features low country cooking at its finest prepared in the traditions of the Gullah people living along Atlantic coastal regions. The building is super charming and filled with articles, photographs, and artwork related to the owners, Bill & Sara Green, and their mission to serve locally sourced organic foods. Bill was actually there and prepared our meals. I tried the chicken gumbo with a side of rice - she got the BBQ chicken lunch with potato salad and an extra side of mac-n-cheese. Of all these items, my favorite, by far, was the chicken gumbo - super thick and flavorful with a hint of smokiness - EXCELLENT! I mixed the rice with it and it was perfection. Next time I'll try the shrimp gumbo. My second favorite item was the potato salad - seriously, the best I've ever had. Drinks were very good (I preferred the lemonade over the sweet tea). Corn bread is complimentary at the start - very tasty! We had room for a little dessert, so we asked our server for her recommendation - sweet potato pie or peach cobbler. The pie was her favorite, and it did not disappoint! We really felt like family in this restaurant, and the food was great. You must try this place if you're in the Beaufort area!”

We ordered the Tuna Tartare and fried Oysters as starters followed by the Pan Seared Scallops and Shrimp and the Grouper Special. All perfectly prepared! When we return to Beaufort we certainly will return! Service, great timing in bring out absolutely delicious food. We highly recommend!”

“If you want the best pizza in Beaufort look no further. We stopped by and had a choice of seating in either the hip store to the left or more traditional place to the right. Same great food. We chose the left and had spectacular service from Sean. A great local resource he went out of his way with service you only find in expensive venues. The pizza is true brick oven and the ingredients were fresh. They have a sofa sitting area near the fireplace that caps your evening. We had bourbons. Perfect evening.”

“Fish Camp on 11th Street is putting out some great seafood! We found it through a TikTok review of the Beaufort area, and it did not disappoint. This place is huge with plenty of seating, so we did not have a problem finding a comfortable table on the screened-in porch. First off, we tried a couple cocktails - the Crab Punch and the Pineapple Mojito (both were excellent - the Mojito was very good blend of ingredients). Our server, Vanda, was super helpful in making a recommendation of a starter that was not on the menu - it was a shrimp/clam fritter with an amazing butter/tequila/lime dipping sauce - out of this world! For our main courses, I got the Shrimp & Polenta (cajun smoked ham, peppers, cheddar cheese, fried green tomato) - I highly recommend this dish. The cajun sauce was killer mixed with the polenta (grits). My wife got the Daufuskie Island Crab Cake meal (blue crab cake, sharp cheddar cheese polenta, mustard cream sauce, broccolini) - this entree was equally tasty with layers of flavors. Did I mention that our server Vanda was amazing, smiley, quick, and excellent at providing stellar recommendations? That young lady deserves a raise! Try this place, y'all!”

Michael, Travis, Megan and I believe Kristen . We’re all so amazing and friendly. We literally cancelled our reservations at another spot to come back for a second night. The food was so good and the oysters were fat and so fresh!! The drinks were absolutely perfect . The second night we came back they remembered our names and that it was my birthday!! That kind of service just doesn’t happen anymore and we were just so thankful. It truly felt like we were having dinner and drinks with family. We cannot wait to come back just to see y’all!
