Foolish Frog Reviews
Great food and service. Best in this area for sure.
Me and my 3 year old went for lunch. The waitress was so sweet with my son & attentive. I got the Rockefeller oysters & boiled shrimp & they were tasty! The price wasn't bad either!
What a nice find! The food was REALLY good! The fried shrimp was perfect. Light breading, crispy, large and delicous shrimp. Pat, the bartender, is awesome! Funny and friendly. We can't wait to go back. Enjoy!

Foolish Frog offers stunning patio views and a menu featuring Southern-style dishes. The appetizers, such as grouper fingers and calamari, continue to be a highlight, while the Cajun pasta and shrimp and grits are also popular choices among diners. Some guests have praised the food as amazing, but there have been reports of inconsistent food quality, including overcooked shrimp and missing seafood items on occasion. The service can be friendly, with some servers being described as helpful and adorable, but at times it can be overwhelmed and not very attentive. Prices are considered high, especially for tourists, with some entrees reaching over $80 per person. Despite these issues, Foolish Frog has made efforts to improve, and the food is often described as excellent. Guests enjoy the outdoor porch, especially during good weather, and the atmosphere is praised as perfect. The Fried Green Tomatoes are excellent, and the service is friendly and prompt, with staff like Dakota making visits more enjoyable. With some adjustments to the patio decor and consistency in food quality, Foolish Frog has the potential to be a great dining experience.
