We visited this Bojangles location in Saluda after a high school basketball game on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. We arrived at the drive-thru system before the listed closing time of 10:00 pm. Lights were on at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. We waited several minutes at the drive thru but never were addressed to take our order. After no response at the drive-thru, we drove up to the window and observed employees standing there. Again, we were not addressed. My husband asked if they were closed and one of them shook their head to indicate that they were closed. An employee could have politely informed us they were closed at the drive-thru, if the restaurant did not want to adhere to posted operating hours.

The service at this restaurant was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. We were never told that there was a wait on our items. I ended up having to go inside to get the food. I was never even given an apology for the wait. The lady that was the manager on duty was very unconcerned when I asked about my order. She even went so far as to tell me it was ready and then walk off and not get it. I had to wait for someone else to decide that they were going to get my food. When we got our food, the chicken was hard and dark like the oil needed to be changed. I will not be visiting this establishment again. This was a very unpleasant experience.
This place is a JOKE! If you need a good laugh, go in and stand in line for 10 MIN with no one else in line, just you at the counter, waiting for these people to take your order, and just stand there and listen to the ignorant and unprofessional conversations they have while you just stand there and hope they take your order… spoiler alert…. They never took my order. We left and decided to go somewhere that actually had a hiring standard!To the Owner: Don’t be afraid to set a high standard for your interviewees! You will appreciate it in the long run.

I hate that the pirkchop biscuit is only here for a short time. They are very good.But the bacon and egg biscuit is pretty good too.
They told me 10 min on boberry biscuits. I agreed to wait. I waited 20 minutes, and I checked back in. I was told it would be 9 minutes. I said well that will be a total of 30 minutes. No apology or explanation. They told me to keep waiting. I waited 10 more minutes and nothing still. I did pay for the biscuits but I left at this point.

Sad to say, but the descent into irrelevance has happened." we don't have any coleslaw cuz they didn't make it this morning and we ran out and don't have the stuff to make it"Please...analyze that statement carefully.All the while I counted at least 5 people there , and three of them just wandering around.
