The service at this restaurant was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. We were never told that there was a wait on our items. I ended up having to go inside to get the food. I was never even given an apology for the wait. The lady that was the manager on duty was very unconcerned when I asked about my order. This bojangles in Saluda is usually really good but got there at 8pm and was disappointed. Chicken wing had feather cooked on it and rice wasn't fresh. Employees loud and using language that was not appropriate at all.
