Very bad customer service. After being on the road for 10 hours, we stopped at this location for some coffee and sandwiches. We went inside to stretch out our legs.Derrick, was talking our order and as we were ordering our sandwiches, he said the oven is down and wont be able to warm anything up. I saw the maintenance guy working on it. Okay cool. But then saw another worker put something in the OTHER oven to warm something up from drive-up.I asked him, why. His only response was, "I was told not to take any from cafe." UM what. Then I asked if he wanted me to go to drive-tho then to get my order warm up or he's able to do it inside. Then he said he'll ask and goes to the person in drive-tho to ask? As a former Starbucks employee, I know that person was not the shift and to top it off, he never came back to finish us up. Someone else stepped in and he went on bar to do drinks without answering my question. He was also wearing earbuds as he was working. Where was the shift? Derrick didn't even apologize about it. Had to drive another 30 mins to another location. Waste of time here, that's not how you do customer service.

As an avid Starbucks goer, This was actually the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. There was one working stall, the others had toilet paper over flowing in the toilet. They barely filled the cup with coffee. It was just a terrible experience.

Stopped in to get two coffees and they were understaffed. Both employees working very fast very hard, but couldn’t keep pace with customers in the store and the drive-through. We end up waiting 40 minutes and never got our coffees paid for the coffees never got them and walked out. Terrible experience. The employees were doing the best they could.

This location has some of the grossest bathrooms in the known universe. When we were there today, they were out of toilet paper, soap, and napkins. They were also unable to make any of our drinks because of supply shortages of almond milk, and other elements needed to make the drinks. It was a wasted stop. Avoid!

I visit Starbucks 7 to 10 times a week, like many people. This is one of the worst I have ever visited. I spent 10 minutes in there with no customers in the store and the employees just talking to one another not offering to help at all. Terrible friggin service.

Total failure of staff to acknowledge guests standing at the cash waiting to order. The four people working were far too busy serving the couple of vehicles in the drive through lane. There was not even a nod or eye contact to indicate that they knew you were there. One wonders if it wouldn’t be wiser to go stand in the drive through lane to place an order. The seating outdoors was covered with pollen and so it was obvious that no staff had taken a moment to clean the area up.
